Dominik Mišević, Ph.D.

Dominik Mišević is an associate in the Firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University in Zagreb in 2017 with magna cum laude. He was awarded with Rector’s award of the University in Zagreb in 2017, for joint scientific-research work. He passed the bar exam in 2020 with honours. Since 2019, he has been an assistant and lecturer at the University of North, Department of Economics, in the course Commercial Law and International Commercial Law, and since 2022, lecturer and course holder of Commercial Law at the graduate study Management in Agriculture at the College in Križevci. In November 2024, he was appointed a member of the Sectoral Council XIX. Law, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Public Affairs at the Agency for Science and Higher Education. He is included in the list of arbitrators in proceedings with and without an international character before the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and was elected as replacement of a member of the Court of the Croatian Chamber of Nurses of the second degree. He earned a doctorate degree in Legal Studies (Commercial and Company Law) at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He is a co-author of several published scientific and professional articles. He is particularly focused on the following branches of law: commercial law and company law, labor law and public procurement law.
