Rudolf graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb in 2022 and defended his thesis on the topic “Voidable decisions of the general assembly of joint-stock companies”. In our team, Rudolf will be particularly focused on commercial law, company law, civil and labor law. We look forward to working together!
